Continuing a long tradition established by the Jazz-Club of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Olivier is Artistic Director of a jazz festival in his native town. This festival happens every two years, under the name of "Jazz en Folie", as part of the major city event "La Braderie/Horlofolies".

The first edition took place in September 2017, with artists such as percussionist Pierre Favre, trombonist Samuel Blaser, vocalist Sandy Patton and trumpeter Patrick Artero. After the second edition in 2019 (see below), the third edition is now postponed to 2022 (Sept. 2-4), due to the corona situation.
